Join us at the Vive tu Vida! & Hispanic Health Coalition Health Fair

¡Vive tu Vida! Get Up! Get Moving! ™ is the nation’s premier Hispanic family physical activity and healthy lifestyle event, for people of all ages in collaboration with Hispanic Health Coalition. Come participate in promoting healthy living, active lifestyles, and the importance of preventing chronic diseases. Together, we will celebrate the power of movement, nutritious food, and heart (corazón) in our daily lives. We hope you leave feeling energized, inspired, and ready to make positive changes to your routine!

Trusted Messengers will be at this event to:
• provide educational material on asthma, allergies and related conditions
• offer an allergy/respiratory health screening survey
• give information regarding our Free Asthma Coaching Program
• offer FeNO testing for qualified participants

The Allergy & Asthma Network’s Trusted Messengers program is a special project that helps people with asthma, allergies, and similar health problems. This program works to make healthcare better, teaches important information to patients, and creates a caring and supportive community.
